Mr. McLane focuses his defense practice on DUI and related cases, including driving while suspended, No Insurance, Minor in Possession, drug and paraphernalia possession/sale, theft, assault and battery, and most other criminal matters filed in state and municipal courts throughout northeastern Kansas and Jackson, Clay, Platte, and Cass counties in Missouri.
