Kansas interlock requirement must be satisfied before a release of the "hold" on license will be achieved

A license suspension in Kansas will prevent you from renewing or obtaining a license in your home state until you have satisfied the Kansas interlock time requirement. The time frames vary based on your test result and range from six months to two or more years based on the breath test results. Make sure you understand your time requirement so you can plan accordingly to renew your home state license on time.
