Client charged with domestic battery against his adult son; Client was alleged to have punched son in the face following dispute over the use of a car and phone that were used by the son who engaged in risky behavior with online dating sites.  After meeting with the prosecutor on several occasions, we were able to convince the prosecutor the case was not worth pursuing due to the facts of the case and the fact the "victim" did not want to pursue charges.  The father and son continue to have a good relationship despite the pending legal charges against the father.  In the end, we convinced the prosecutor this case was not worth the trouble of putting all parties through it.  Very happy client. 

Now, we will file a Petition to Expunge the arrest record.
